What Do I do to Handle my Stress??
As a students who lives alone and so far from the parents. Sometimes, i get the stress. Stress is the situation when i can’t do anything happily and I can’t concentrate to do everything. When I get stress, I usually want to cry and be angry. It’s generally because of some problems in my life. For examples, there are so many tasks from the lecturer that I must do, I feel broken heart because of somebody, I don’t have enough money and I haven’t gotten the money from my parents, there is a conflict with my friend and so on.
When i get the strees, there are many ways that i usually do.
1. Having positive thinking
I try to have positive thinking. I’m sure that in every difficulty there is a relief.
2. Sleeping
When I feel so tired and there are many burdens in my head. I usually go to sleep. After that, i can feel better than before.
3. Laugh
I also like to chat with my friend who likes making a joke. I can laugh because of the joke and It can help to releave my stress a little bit.
4. Listening to music.
It also helps me a little bit. I always listen my favorite songs when i feel depressed.
5. Remember the God
Well, it’s the best ways to handle my stress. Because, when I get the strees, it’s normally because I think I can’t face the situation that happened to me. And then I try to remember that it’s a trial from the God and I must be patient and sincere to face it all.
